Services & Scope

Quotes and service recommendations are based on the information provided and visible site conditions. Actual conditions may differ once on site. If conditions change the scope, time, or requirements, we will communicate those changes before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Estimates & Pricing

Pricing may include standard assumptions about access and normal working conditions. Additional charges may apply when access is limited, conditions are outside normal maintenance criteria, or additional labor/equipment is required.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to fees and collections as allowed by law.

Scheduling, Access & Rescheduling

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. If technicians cannot access the system or perform the work as scheduled due to access limitations, site conditions, or customer unavailability, a service fee may apply.

Communications (SMS / Phone / Email)

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive transactional or informational messages related to your service (such as confirmations, scheduling updates, and reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

Liability & Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, hidden conditions, or failures unrelated to the services performed. Underground utilities and site conditions are the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
